Smass Global designs, builds and maintains software for companies: web, mobile and back-end systems. Each project follows the same four steps.
A written scope
Before work starts, the scope is written down and agreed: what will be built, what will not, and what it will cost. A fixed scope means both sides know what they are signing.
Delivered in stages
The work is split into stages. The client approves each one before the next begins, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end.
Changes are written down too
If the client wants something that is not in the scope, it is priced and agreed in writing before it is built.
Maintained after launch
Support and updates continue once the software is live, under a support agreement.
What Smass Global asks of a client
A clear problem, and someone who can make decisions. If you have both, tell the company what you need and it will give you a plain answer on whether it can be done and what it takes.
